Our Quality Management system is oriented towards our customers and coaters in order to continuously improve our products. For that purpose, NOF METAL COATINGS KOREA activities are focused on a process chain favoring work based on project methodology.

Our company’s selling approach requires a very rigorous quality policy, especially because there are two commercial levels: The customers who apply the product and the customers who use parts coated with it.

From design to industrial development of chemical compounds, together with associated application processes, our products are sold to our first-tier customers, the coaters, as part of a partnership materialized through a license agreement.

The parts treated with the GEOMET® product ranges are sent to the second-tier customers who are NOF METAL COATINGS KOREA’s end-users.

Far more than mere quality management tools, we implement Total Quality tools in order to manage our current products, anticipate future requirements and constantly improve our products and the performance they offer to our end users.

The aim of NOF METAL COATINGS KOREA is to satisfy all its customers and to guarantee a consistent and identical quality level through all its licensed coaters.

In order to guarantee the performance and the reliability of the parts treated with its product ranges, NOF METAL COATINGS KOREA signs a license agreement with its coaters which represents a mutual commitment, a real partnership.

NOF METAL COATINGS KOREA’s personnel in all departments (marketing, research and development, quality) are constantly listening to the customers in order to answer all of their questions.
